Ob/Gyn

Renata Siruckova, MSN, WHNP-BC, CNM joined Advocare the Women’s Group for OB/GYN in 2020. She was born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic, where most of her family lives to this day. She has always felt very passionate about reproductive rights and women caring for other women. Being able to compare and contrast the maternity health world of two different countries inspired her to want to make a difference. She shadowed a midwife when she was in high school, and fell in love with the fusion of medicine and compassionate care/ patient autonomy she witnessed.

Renata graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then spent 5 years working at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in an ICU step-down setting caring for critically ill patients. This background helped her understand all aspects of the human body and how to keep calm during an emergency. During this time she co-authored a publication in the Annals of the American Thoracic Society. She went back to the University of Pennsylvania for her Masters education, graduating with a degree in both Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife. She is board certified in both, as well as a member of multiple organizations including ACNM (American College of Nurse Midwives) and ISSM (International Society for Sexual Medicine). She is passionate about providing compassionate and comprehensive OB and GYN care to women across the lifespan.
